This then allows you to save and chart your results as well as display them on a Touchscreen, PC, Mac, iPod or similar device. For larger installations, it is even possible to view data and change it, via the internet, allowing for central monitoring from Head Office.
But monitoring is just the beginning. With KNX your installation can make judgments by itself, for instance automatically switching high-energy consumers, like pumps and geysers, off if the energy consumption is too high. It can even send you an e-mail or an SMS should you need, for example, a warning stating that your water storage level being too low.
